The best part? It’s easy to follow, beginner-friendly, and requires only 10-15 minutes a day. No stress, no overhauling your life—just a little daily magic to help you feel more you again.

    • The goal isn’t drastic change but small, mindful shifts that bring more energy, clarity, and ease.

The March Reset Challenge: 14 Days to Reconnect & Rebalance

For 14 days, you’ll follow a simple, bite-sized daily practice designed to help you clear mental fog, release tension, and reconnect with yourself—all in 10–15 minutes per day.

🌿 How It Works

  • No sign-up needed—just follow along at your own pace.

  • Each day has one simple practice (breathwork, movement, mindfulness).

  • Do as much or as little as you like—this is your reset.

Your 14-Day Reset Plan

Follow these daily themes in order or pick what you need most!

Week 1: Reset Your Mind & Body

🌀 Day 1: Press Reset – Finding Stillness

  • Take 5 equal deep belly breaths in and out through your nose.

  • Close your eyes and ask yourself: What do I need more of this month? Or what is my intention for this month? Visualize it for a moment to keep reminding yourself of it throughout the month.

🌿 Day 2: Ground Yourself with Breathwork

  • Try box breathing: Inhale for 4, hold for 4, exhale for 4, hold for 4. Repeat 5x. (If 4 seconds seem a lot, start with 3 seconds and gradually increase it).

  • Feel your feet on the ground and take slow, deep breaths.

🌞 Day 3: Energizing Movement

  • Do 5 Sun Salutations or a simple 5-minute stretch to wake up your body.

  • Focus on deep inhales & strong exhales as you move.

🧘 Day 4: Digital Detox & Presence

  • Stay off screens for the first 30 min of your day (no phone, no scrolling).

  • Notice how it feels to start your morning without distractions.

Day 5: Shake Off Stress

  • Stand up and do a full-body shake for 1 minute.

  • Close your eyes, let your body move freely, and release tension.

💧 Day 6: Hydration & Refresh

  • Start your day with a full glass of water before coffee/tea.

  • Add lemon or mint for an extra refresh.

📖 Day 7: Gratitude & Journaling

  • Write down 3 things you’re grateful for.

  • Notice how this small shift in focus changes your energy.

Week 2: Rewire Your Energy & Mindset

🛌 Day 8: Sleep Reset – Wind Down Early

  • Tonight, no screens 1 hour before bed.

  • Try reading, deep breathing, or stretching instead. Go to sleep with nothing on your mind but your intention, gratitude and visualization of the future “you” you dream of.

🌊 Day 9: Release Tension with Breathwork

  • Try a sighing exhale: Deep inhale through the nose, loud sigh out the mouth. Repeat 5x.

  • Notice how your body softens.

🚶 Day 10: Move to Shift Your Mood

  • Take a 10-minute walk outside (bonus if you do it without your phone).

  • If you can’t go out, do gentle stretching instead.

🌙 Day 11: Mindful Eating Reset

  • Eat one meal today with no distractions—no phone, TV, or laptop.

  • Focus on slow chewing, tastes, and textures.

🌞 Day 12: Reconnect to Joy

  • Do one thing you love today, just for the joy of it.

  • Dance, sing, draw, move—anything that makes you feel alive.

💬 Day 13: Connect with Someone

  • Call, message, or meet up with someone who lifts your energy.

  • Connection is a reset, too.

🌸 Day 14: Integration & Reflection

  • Sit in stillness for 5 minutes and reflect:

    • What felt best in this challenge?

    • What’s one thing I want to keep doing beyond today?

  • Carry that forward into the rest of your month.

Final Thoughts: Your Reset, Your Rules

You don’t need to do this challenge perfectly. Do what feels right, skip a day if needed, and come back whenever you need a fresh start.
